The Hollow rewards are not one single track. Roblox confirms exclusive quest UGC, Roblox Plus benefits, paid Marketplace items, and a final collection deadline. The live hub also uses badges and Tickets. Check which layer an item belongs to before assuming it is free, purchasable with Tickets, included with Plus, or automatically granted.

Free quest and badge rewards

The official experience says completing event quests in The Hollow and participating experiences earns avatar items. Roblox Newsroom calls these exclusive UGC and says anything earned can be kept. The exact objective, badge, and item relationship must still be checked in the current interface.

The official Badge API for Universe 10770728771 returned 22 enabled names when checked October 25. These records prove the badges exist in The Hollow’s universe. A name and enabled state do not by themselves prove the unlock method, Ticket price, stock, or whether the corresponding cosmetic is free.

Use the Item List to see each name with an evidence label. Where a current walkthrough reports a method, the method stays marked as community reported until Roblox or the live project state verifies it.

Tickets and shop rewards

Current field reports describe a Tickets shop and a Redeem Badges flow. The safe route is to launch a partner objective from Visit Games, complete the Hollow-branded task, verify the Roblox badge, return to the hub, and redeem the badge. Then compare the Ticket balance before and after.

Ticket values are dynamic and conflicting. An October 24 walkthrough saw tile prompts advertise 20 Tickets while one Tower Defense Simulator completion reportedly redeemed for 40. Do not multiply an old value across a full game list or promise a total.

Shop prices also require the current server. Reports have shown prices for some items, but an official badge record does not confirm them. Open the product detail and check its present cost, availability, badge requirement, and subscription label before spending.

Roblox Plus benefits

Roblox officially announced that active Plus subscribers received early hub access at noon PT on October 22, two hours before general opening. Subscribers also receive an exclusive profile frame, profile background, and an item launcher used to gift items during the event. Active subscribers can keep the event theme after the finale.

These are subscription benefits. They are separate from free quest UGC and paid Marketplace items. A Plus badge or shop label should not be generalized to every reward.

When another player launches or gifts an item, verify the actual inventory grant. Do not share credentials or pay outside Roblox for access to a launcher.

Roblox Newsroom confirms limited-time Halloween avatar items for sale on Marketplace, including the Hollow Horseman and other items and makeup looks. These are paid catalog purchases, not quest rewards.

Open the official Roblox catalog page from a first-party surface. Check the current Robux price, bundle contents, sale status, and creator before buying. A screenshot or third-party price can become outdated, and a similar name can point to a copy.

A complete claim checklist

  1. Identify the reward category: hub maze, partner quest, Tickets shop, Plus, or Marketplace.
  2. Read the current objective and requirement.
  3. Complete it and verify any Roblox badge on your account.
  4. Return to the official The Hollow hub if redemption is required.
  5. Record the balance or item state before pressing claim.
  6. Confirm the success message and the correct inventory category.
  7. Capture evidence and stop repeating the task if a later checkpoint fails.

This order prevents a badge from being confused with an item and a Ticket balance from being confused with a purchase.

Current official badge Dex status

The October 25 API response added names over time; four newer enabled entries appeared after an earlier same-day API check. That change shows why the list needs a visible check date. It also means “complete” refers only to the API response at that moment, not the rest of the event.

The names include maze-themed rewards, partner-game items, Plus-themed records, and shop-like entries. Their empty API descriptions cannot establish how they are earned. Unknown fields remain unknown rather than being filled from a name.

Deadline and inventory checks

Roblox says players can continue collecting rewards until November 2 at noon PST, which is 20:00 UTC after the daylight-saving change. Finish critical claims before the final hours. A badge sync or item grant can be delayed even when the objective was completed on time.

After claiming, check the relevant avatar inventory category. Save the exact item and badge names. If the hub reports success but the item is absent, use the badge troubleshooting guide and include the claim confirmation.

Avoid reward scams

There are no verified The Hollow text codes or code-entry path in the official sources checked October 25. Never provide a password, cookie, verification code, recovery key, or remote access to claim UGC. Do not install executors or “reward unlockers.”

Use only Roblox pages and the verified Roblox Presents experience. A legitimate event quest may teleport between experiences, but it does not require an external credential form.

Evidence labels

Official covers the event categories, dates, Plus benefits, Marketplace category, and badge records. Community reported covers current interface paths, objective methods, observed Ticket values, and reported prices. Needs in-game testing covers current stock, exact costs, grant conditions, and server-specific handoff behavior.
