If The Hollow does not register a completed badge, first determine whether the partner objective finished, the Roblox badge was awarded, the hub detected it, the Tickets were credited, or the item was claimed. These are separate checkpoints. Current DevForum and player reports show real handoff problems, but there is no confirmed universal local fix.
Check the account badge first
Open the completed partner experience or quest page and identify the exact badge name. Check whether that badge appears on your Roblox account. Capture the badge name, destination game, objective, and completion time in UTC.
If the badge is absent, The Hollow cannot redeem it yet. Return to the destination’s Hollow-branded objective panel and verify the progress requirement, mode, difficulty, and final completion screen. Do not rely only on an in-game item or local counter if the cross-experience flow requires a Roblox badge.
If the badge is present, do not replay the entire task immediately. Move to the hub-sync checks.
Check the correct hub and panel
Join the official The Hollow by Roblox Presents, Place ID 116463962153167. Open Redeem Badges or the current badge-redemption control. Make sure you are not looking only at Visit Games or the shop purchase screen.
Find the relevant badge row and compare its visible state with your account. If it is missing or still locked, take a screenshot showing the hub state. Reopen the panel once. Allow a short period for platform propagation, then rejoin the verified hub once and check again.
This is a reversible check, not a guarantee. Rejoining can refresh the server view, but current evidence does not prove it repairs every grant.
Separate Tickets from item claims
A badge can register while the Ticket balance does not change. Tickets can also be present while a shop item remains unclaimed, out of stock, subscription-gated, or differently priced. Record the balance before and after pressing redeem.
Then inspect the item’s current detail: price, badge requirement, Roblox Plus label, stock or availability, and claim button. Do not assume a badge automatically places every related item in your inventory.
Check the correct avatar inventory category after a successful claim. If the hub confirms delivery but the item is not visible, capture the confirmation and item name before changing servers.
Use the first missing checkpoint
Objective incomplete
The current progress counter or final result did not complete. Recheck the mode and exact Hollow task in the partner game.
Objective complete, no badge
The destination did not award the Roblox badge. Keep the completion evidence and avoid repeating unrelated content.
Badge owned, hub locked
The cross-experience detection step is delayed or failing. Reopen, wait briefly, and try one clean hub rejoin.
Hub credit, item absent
Check the live shop requirement, purchase/claim action, inventory category, subscription condition, and availability.
What not to do
Do not give another player your password, email code, backup code, account cookie, or remote access. No legitimate badge sync requires credentials. Do not install an executor, extension, or “claim tool.” Server-side grants cannot be safely forced by third-party software.
Do not spend Robux on a person who promises to fix the badge. Do not repeatedly spam Redeem Badges; it creates noise without proving a new backend state. Do not delete local files or clear every device setting as a first step, because the badge and Ticket ledger are platform data.
Do not report a badge as missing until you distinguish it from the cosmetic item. Use the exact names and screenshots so support can identify the failed layer.
Build a useful support record
Keep these details:
- Roblox username only; never include credentials.
- Official partner experience name and URL.
- Hollow objective text and final progress state.
- Exact Roblox badge name and badge page if available.
- UTC date and time of completion.
- Screenshot of badge ownership.
- Screenshot of The Hollow redemption state and Ticket balance.
- Device/platform and whether one clean rejoin was attempted.
Use Roblox’s official support or a relevant developer bug-report channel. Public DevForum reports from October 23–24 describe Tickets, items, and UGC not granting, which establishes that the problem can be service-side. A public report does not guarantee your exact case has the same cause.
Deadline planning
Roblox says rewards remain collectible until November 2 at noon PST. If a claim fails, gather evidence early. Waiting until the final minutes leaves no room for propagation, server restarts, or a support response.
Finish high-priority partner objectives first, verify every badge, and redeem in small batches. This makes it clear which action preceded a failed grant.
Frequently asked questions
Will rejoining fix missing Tickets?
It may refresh the hub state and is a safe single check, but it is not a confirmed universal fix. Preserve evidence before and after.
Should I repeat the quest?
Only if the required Roblox badge is absent and the current objective clearly did not complete. If the badge is already owned, repeating the quest may not repair the hub handoff.
Is there a code to force a claim?
No verified code or code-entry path exists for this purpose. See Codes for the current status.
